18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256) contained on rektabold.com were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depiction was created.
rektabold.com is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of any of the visual content containing depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct found on the Site. With respect to such content, the operators of rektabold.com are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A)–(C) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.2(a)(1)–(3) because the content either:
Was produced prior to July 3, 1995, or
Appears on the Site pursuant to a license or other lawful arrangement with the primary producer, and the primary producer has provided rektabold.com with appropriate documentation confirming full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
For any content on rektabold.com that was produced by rektabold.com or its agents after July 3, 1995, and that contains visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, all required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following address:

Inspection of Records
The required records and documentation may be inspected during normal business hours by appointment only. To schedule an inspection, please send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “2257 Inspection Request.” Appointments will be scheduled within a reasonable time after receipt of proper identification and authorization.
All other visual depictions displayed on this Site are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)–(E), or they are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or they are otherwise exempt under the statute and regulations.
